Role Description The Cyber Security Instructor role at V3NoVa is a FreeLance hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for partial work from home. The instructor will design and deliver cyber security training programs, including lectures, hands-on labs, and workshops that align with current industry standards and best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing course materials, updating content to reflect emerging threats and technologies, and assessing learner performance through assignments and exams.

The role also involves mentoring participants, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with the leadership development team to integrate cyber security concepts into broader leadership curricula. The instructor will support continuous improvement of the program by gathering learner feedback and contributing to curriculum enhancements.

Qualifications





- Possess solid skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with a solid understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
- Possess skills in Network Security, including securing network infrastructure, monitoring, and incident response.
- Possess skills in Application Security, focusing on secure software development, code review, and vulnerability management.
- Possess skills in Malware Analysis, including identifying, analyzing, and explaining malware behavior to learners.
- Relevant certificates / certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH & in Microsoft, AWS, Google are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or delivering technical training, ideally in cyber security or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Mathematics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to design engaging learning experiences and adapt teaching methods for diverse learner backgrounds.
