Role Definition:

The Cutting Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all cutting department activities to ensure timely execution of cutting plans, optimum fabric utilization, accurate panel cutting, compliance with quality standards, and uninterrupted support to garment production.

Responsibility Deliverables:

- Production Planning & Coordination
- Fabric Management & Preparation
- Cutting Operations & Quality Control
- Fabric Consumption & Cost Control
- Panel Coordination & Documentation
- Plan daily and weekly cutting schedules based on production priorities.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Fabric Store, and Transport teams for fabric availability.
- Review cutting programs and prioritize styles according to production requirements.
- Ensure approved samples, patterns, markers,



and specifications are available before cutting begins.
- Monitor workflow to prevent production delays and bottlenecks.
- Allocate manpower and contractors to meet production targets.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
- Maximum 2 years of experience in Jute,Cotton,Bag cutting operations.
- Experience in knit Jute,Cotton,Bags manufacturing is preferred
- Experience in Jute,Cotton,Bag cutting & stitching
- Good knowledge of Jute,Cotton,Canvas,Bags measurements and patterns
- Experience with industrial sewing machines preferred

Salary can be negotiable, according to experience. Note: Freshers can apply.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
