Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a qualified and friendly approach.

- Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and resolve queries efficiently.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:





- Candidates must be a high school diploma or graduate above with 1-3 years of experience in retail or counter sales.

- Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary Incentives:

- 12,000 - 20,000 per month + incentives ( based on experience and performance).

Work Schedule:

- Working Days: 6 days per week
