Role Description The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Responsibilities include resolving service-related issues, coordinating with internal teams to address customer concerns, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.

Executive will monitor customer satisfaction, provide basic technical support related to logistics services, and follow up on open tickets to ensure closure.



The role also includes gathering customer feedback to help improve processes and participating in regular team meetings to align on service standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide high-quality Customer Support and maintain strong Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience delivering Online Support and professional Customer Service through multiple communication channels.
- Capability to offer basic Technical Support related to logistics, warehousing, or supply chain services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with transparent and courteous interaction styles.
- Valuable problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Delhi, India, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or related customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
