The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle international customer queries professionally. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Maintain call quality, productivity, and process compliance standards. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.





Required Skills and Qualifications1–7 years of experience in an International Voice Process, BPO, or Customer Support role. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Valuable listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer queries professionally. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate

ProfileExperience handling international customers, preferably US, UK, Australian, or other global markets. Freshers with excellent English communication may be considered if eligible for the specific opening. Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Bangalore.
