We are hiring an individual who will be responsible for handling daily operations and coordinating with clients through regular operations calls to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients on operations and follow-up calls
- Coordinate between internal teams and clients for task execution
- Handle daily operational activities and reporting
- Maintain client communication records and updates
- Ensure timely closure of operational requirements
- Resolve basic client queries and escalate when required
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills (mandatory)
- Confidence in handling client calls
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and documentation
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks
- Prior operations or client-handling experience preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
