✨ About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team at InsuredMine.

In this role, you will be ensuring clients have a seamless experience while using our platform. You’ll play a key role in client onboarding, retention, and growth, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

? Key Responsibilities

- Onboard and train customers effectively on the platform, ensuring a smooth transition
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts during night shift hours
- Build robust client relationships to drive retention, renewals, and account growth
- Monitor customer health metrics and KPIs,



proactively addressing risks
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product/tech teams for improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide timely support and resolution to client queries in a fast-paced environment

? What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success
- Willingness to work night shifts (US clients)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM or help desk tools
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Insurance domain knowledge is a plus
