Customer Handling Executive / Customer Service Staff

Job Responsibilities

- Greet customers with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders and explain menu items, offers, and combos.
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints politely.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure every customer enjoys a great Burger Heaven experience.

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage.
