About the Role

We are looking for experienced Sales Support and Customer Service Specialists who have spent years working in a commercial printing or custom apparel company.

This is not an entry-level position. We need people who already understand how print shops work, know printing and apparel products, and can confidently speak with customers, take orders, answer questions, and keep jobs moving.

You will work directly with customers and the project management team to make sure orders are handled correctly, questions are answered, and customers receive timely updates.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
- Speak with customers professionally and clearly in English.
- Answer questions about printing, apparel, orders, and job status.
- Handle customer concerns and follow up until they are resolved.
- Keep customers updated on order progress, deadlines, and delivery.

Sales Support & Order Management

- Receive customer orders and confirm order details.
- Follow up with existing customers, leads, and pending quotes.
- Help prepare quotes and follow up with customers to win orders.
- Check order details, quantities, sizes, artwork files, and specifications.
- Enter orders accurately and make sure all required information is available before production begins.

Printing & Apparel Coordination





- Work closely with project managers, designers, and production staff.
- Understand common printing methods, custom apparel, uniforms, and decoration options.
- Help customers understand available products, print options, and order requirements.
- Follow up on pending jobs and help resolve issues that may delay production.
- Make sure customer requests and changes are shared with the right team members.

Required Qualifications

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience working for a commercial printing, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or custom apparel company.
- Solid knowledge of printing products, apparel, order handling, and production workflows.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or order management.
- Confidence handling phone calls and communicating directly with customers.
- Ability to work with project managers, designers, vendors, and production teams.
- Strong attention to detail when handling orders, sizes, quantities, artwork, and deadlines.
- Good computer skills and experience using order management systems, CRM tools, or print shop software.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests and follow through without constant supervision.
