Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our voice process in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. Candidates should possess good communication skills, fluent spoken English, and a positive attitude towards customer service.

Key Responsibilities





- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and service-related requests.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional communication and follow established process guidelines.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when required.
- Maintain call quality and adhere to process standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Valuable communication skills and strong spoken English.
- Willingness to work in a voice-based customer service environment.
- Positive attitude, active listening skills, and a customer-focused approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.

Salary Details
- Freshers: ₹22,000 per month in hand.
- Candidates with an existing UAN number: ₹20,000 per month after deductions.
