Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. In this position, the representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely, accurate, and courteous assistance. Daily responsibilities include resolving issues related to trading services, guiding customers through processes, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases to relevant teams.

The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company services, tracking customer feedback,



and supporting continuous improvement in service quality. The representative will work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications
