Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding services and orders. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and quality support. Requirements Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply. Excellent English and Hindi communication skills. Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage. Basic computer knowledge. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Solid customer-handling and communication skills.

Timings Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sunday: Fixed Off

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
