Outpace Consulting Services is hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process. This is an excellent chance for fresh graduates looking to start their career in the customer service and BPO industry.

The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally over international voice calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through international voice calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Follow established call quality, process, and documentation standards.
- Accurately record customer interactions and relevant information.
- Meet process and customer service performance expectations.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Graduate candidates with good English communication skills.
- Candidates from the 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduating batches, as applicable.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills are preferred.

Not Eligible Candidates with the following educational backgrounds are not eligible for this position:
- B.Tech / B.E.
- M.Tech
- Diploma
- Pharmacy
- LLB / LLM

Compensation and Benefits
- CTC: ₹2.8 LPA
- Approx. In-hand Salary: ₹18,000 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,000
- Cab Facility: Available
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Week-offs: 2 rotational week-offs
- Shift: Rotational shifts
