Position: Customer Service Import Freight ( AIR & SEA)Number of Vacancy: 1Work Location: Navi Mumbai CBD Belapur.Knowledge Requirement:

- Min 1-2 yrs of expr in freight forwarding company,

- Positive Communication skills,

- Knowledge of INCOTERMS, World sea Ports and Airports.

- Knowledge of freight forwarding procedure of imports.

for CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPORTS:

- Entire customer service for import freight From Nomination till Issue of D/O.

- Preparing of Quotation & quoting it ahead to the customers.

- Co ordination and correspondence with overseas agents, Shipping line , NVOCC, Airlines .

- Handling and follow up of shipments till the completion of Job.

- Preparing CAN.

- Handling pricing at PAN India level.

- Quoting Free hand shipment enquiries received from Overseas Agents.

- Developing Overseas Agent Network.

- Identifying positive agents globally.





- Developing Repo with Agents for receiving good Nominations.

- Playing an important role for sales & marketing team by giving them competitive rates and generating business on board.

- Identifying potential customers and establish contact by keeping in regular touch with them.

- Shortlisting Co-loaders for LCL shipments.

- Preparation and updatation of latest rate sheet and circulating to all the origins on monthly basis.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
