Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure long-term client retention. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements, address concerns, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Technical, and Operations, to meet client expectations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, service delivery, SLAs, and escalations.
- Track client requests, service tickets, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
- Identify opportunities for account growth,



upselling, and cross-selling.
- Prepare regular client reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Conduct client meetings and provide updates on ongoing activities.

Required Skills

- 5+years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Relationship Management, or Account Management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong experience in client handling, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Experience in IT services or a technology-driven organization is preferred.
