About the Job – Associate Manager, Billing, CRM & Collections
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or finance operations. The role involves managing monthly billing for enterprise clients, compiling usage data, validating client-specific rates, preparing invoices, tracking agreements and purchase orders, following up on outstanding payments, managing TDS records, and maintaining accurate CRM data and MIS reports.
The ideal candidate should have solid Excel and reconciliation skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and experience working with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and efficient financial operations.
Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
