Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain customer information and databases in the CRM system.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Track customer interactions, leads, sales activities, and service requests.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

- Execute customer engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns.

- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.

- Ensure accurate data entry, data quality, and timely updates in the CRM system.

- Follow up with existing customers to maintain long-term relationships.

- Support customer lifecycle management and lead conversion activities.





Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Working knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

- Positive organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
