Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Location: Wazirpur (Delhi)
Working Timings:10 am - 8 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and issue resolution.
- Promote repeat sales and maintain customer records.
Required Skills
- Fluent English communication (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Product sales experience preferred, especially in the apparel and fashion industry.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Prior CRM or customer service experience preferred.
