Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships for our ELV and Home Automation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with internal teams, handling project updates, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, architects, consultants, builders, and channel partners.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Projects, Service, and Installation teams to ensure timely project execution.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

- Schedule site visits, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.

- Provide regular project status updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and follow-up reports.
