Job Responsibilities

- Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
- Follow up with students regarding admissions, fee payments, documentation, and other requirements.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Accounts, and Operations teams to resolve student-related issues.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly.
- Share important updates, reminders, and information with students and parents.
- Ensure proper follow-up on pending tasks and unresolved concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process and beyond.

Required Skills & Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional WhatsApp communication.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle students and parents patiently and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM tools.




- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- A responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.

- No negligence in handling student information, parent queries, or assigned responsibilities.

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude while working with other departments.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer relations, student coordination, counselling support, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility may also apply.
- Candidates who are disciplined, consistent, and committed to their work are preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
