As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the BFSI sector. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive brand image.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Stay updated with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Document and report customer feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in customer interactions.

Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Basic knowledge of banking or financial services is preferred.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
