Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer interactions professionally and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls with customers regarding vehicle inquiries, bookings, deliveries, and service visits.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure prompt resolution of queries, complaints, and concerns.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service departments to deliver a smooth and hassle-free customer journey.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer databases, call records, feedback reports, and follow-up schedules.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, repeat business, and referrals.
- Ensure professional communication and timely updates throughout the customer journey.
- Work towards customer satisfaction, service quality, and departmental performance targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Solid interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-management abilities.




- Customer-first attitude with effective listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
- Experience in customer relations, CRM, automobile dealerships, hospitality, or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply, subject to role requirements.
