- To achieve branch and individual business targets for all products, as determined by Management, in the absence of the Branch Manager.

- To oversee and monitor day-to-day transaction processing and ensure operational accuracy.

- To ensure the delivery of best-in-class customer service at all times.

- To adhere strictly to the Society's Code of Conduct, policies, and ethical standards.

- To actively contribute to the business development and growth of the branch.

- To provide excellent customer service across the counter and address customer requirements promptly.

- To regularly update product knowledge and promote suitable products and schemes to customers.

- To actively participate in all marketing and promotional activities conducted by the branch.

- To strive towards enhancing the visibility and reputation of the branch and the Society.

- To take an active role in business promotion and customer acquisition initiatives.

- To monitor loan installments and ensure timely recovery of EMIs through account transfers, post-dated cheques (PDCs), or other approved recovery mechanisms.





- To maintain proper control over staff advances by ensuring timely recovery, accounting, and reversal of entries, wherever applicable.

- To follow and enforce the Society's rules relating to discipline, conduct, service regulations, and workplace ethics.

- To ensure proper care, maintenance, and safeguarding of all Society assets, including furniture and fixtures, computers, air conditioners, CCTV systems, name boards, vehicles, and other assets recorded in the branch Dead Stock Register.

- To take ownership of branch operations and proactively assess situations, exercising sound judgment to address operational and customer-related matters effectively.

- To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time. The above responsibilities are indicative and not exhaustive in nature.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
