As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. Your primary focus will be to handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and foster long-lasting relationships. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses.

Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI environment.

- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
