About REPL INDIA

We are a Bengaluru-based supplier of electrical products for industrial and commercial customers. Your role will be to introduce our products over the phone, understand customer requirements and stay in touch with people interested in purchasing from us.

Working hours and salary

Your role with us

You will help customers feel welcomed, informed and supported through clear conversations and timely follow-ups. This is an office-based calling role at our Bengaluru location.

Introduce our company with confidence

Call potential business customers, introduce REPL INDIA and explain our products in simple, clear language. Create a positive first impression through a polite and professional approach.

Listen and understand

Give customers time to explain what they need. Note their product requirements and questions so that our team can assist them accurately.





Follow up thoughtfully

Contact customers who have requested product information or prices. Check whether they need further assistance and help them take the next step towards placing an order.

Help customers stay informed

Follow up on quotations and purchase requirements. Coordinate with the team whenever a customer needs an order update or clarification.

Keep information organised

Maintain accurate customer details, brief notes of your conversations and daily call records. Record follow-up dates so that important enquiries receive attention on time.

Build customer trust

Be courteous, share accurate information and follow through on commitments. Each conversation should leave the customer feeling respected and comfortable contacting us again.

What we are looking for

We would be pleased to hear from you if you:

- Can communicate clearly in Hindi and English—both are mandatory.
- Have a polite, approachable telephone manner.
- Listen patiently and respond thoughtfully.
- Have basic computer skills for entering customer details and maintaining records.
- Are organised and responsible with follow-ups.
- Are willing to learn about our products and customer requirements.
