Role Description The Customer Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for engaging with existing and prospective members, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer service interactions at the branch, handling phone and in-person queries, supporting account-related requests, and ensuring accurate documentation of member communications.

The specialist will work to improve customer satisfaction and retention by providing explicit information about products and services, following up on concerns,



and coordinating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. The role also involves gathering feedback, maintaining service quality standards, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen member relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support experience.
- Ability to build long-term relationships, with focus on Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening and clarity in explanations.
- Basic understanding of financial products or banking services; prior experience in cooperative or financial institutions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using office software and customer management tools; ability to maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, patience, and a member-centric approach in high-pressure situations.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City and collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment.
