WE’RE HIRING | CUSTOMER RECOVERY EXECUTIVE [Tele Calling]

Kass is a premium D2C skincare brand focused on creating effective, thoughtfully formulated Bio-Intelligent skincare solutions for modern consumers.

We’re looking for a Customer Recovery Executive to join our remote team and play an key role in connecting with our customers and driving sales.

ROLE

Customer Recovery Executive

? Location: Remote

? Experience: 1–1.5 years

? Compensation: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month + Incentives

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Make outbound calls to customers with abandoned, cancelled, failed, or incomplete orders. Understand customer needs and confidently communicate the benefits of Kass’s skincare range.
- Re-engage customers who have previously shown interest in Kass products but have not completed their purchase.
- Connect with existing and inactive customers to encourage repeat purchases and continued engagement with the brand.
- Understand customer concerns, identify reasons for drop-offs, and provide relevant solutions.
- Build meaningful customer relationships through empathetic, persuasive, and personalised conversations.
- Maintain a positive customer experience while working towards improving customer retention and recovery.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 1–1.5 years of experience in customer recovery, customer retention, customer engagement,



or a similar customer-facing role.
- An energetic, proactive, and self-motivated individual who is comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day.
- A customer-centric mindset with strong empathy and patience.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

SKILLS YOU MUST HAVE

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of English and Hindi .
- Confidence and clarity while communicating with customers over the phone.
- Robust persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Persuasive communication skills with a focus on re-engagement and retention.
