We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Executive and represent our premium brand in the luxury architectural hardware industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and purchase decisions.
- Provide support for installation guidance, warranty claims, returns, repairs, and replacements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Build robust customer relationships and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.




- Maintain accurate customer records and identify opportunities to improve service processes.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Knowledge of additional languages, such as Kannada, Tamil, or other regional languages, will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-first mindset, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.
- Prior experience in customer support, customer experience, customer success, hospitality, retail, or sales support is preferred.
- Weekend availability is a must.
