Role Snapshot

We are looking for a confident, organised, and proactive individual to join our Customer Experience team.

This is a customer facing role where you will work closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate onboarding, understand requirements, track project progress, and ensure timely execution.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate customer onboarding from kickoff to go live.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, pending tasks, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up with stakeholders and drive action items to closure.
- Schedule meetings, document discussions, and share progress updates.
- Identify delays or blockers and flag them to the relevant team members.
- Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, checklists, and customer documentation.
- Capture customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to address concerns.

You Are a Fit If you

- Are a fresher or have up to 1 year of skilled experience.
- Have a B.Tech degree or a related technical background.
- Are curious about SaaS, technology, and digital products.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and teams.




- Are organised and good at managing tasks, timelines, and follow ups.
- Take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
- Learn new products and tools quickly.
- Are comfortable working with technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Can use tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, and presentations.
- Are interested in using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve workflows.
