Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Delight Manager (CDM) to manage customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have robust English communication skills, experience in team handling, and the ability to interact directly with customers and resolve their concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer interactions and ensure a smooth, positive customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Communicate directly with customers to understand their concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
- Track customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, feedback, and resolutions.




- Ensure adherence to company processes and service standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports on customer issues and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, customer relationship management, or operations.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in handling customer escalations and resolving complaints.
- Experience in team handling and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong experience in direct customer interaction.
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
