Position: Customer Care Manager

Department: CRM / Customer Relations

Location: Wayanad

Job Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and grievances professionally.

- Ensure timely follow-up and proper closure of customer complaints.

- Handle customer relationship activities and maintain robust customer engagement.

- Monitor and follow up on sales leads until conversion.

- Coordinate with Sales Consultants regarding customer follow-ups and pending leads.

- Ensure regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

- Handle customer complaints and concerns related to the sales process and coordinate for resolution.

- Maintain and update customer information and follow-up details in the CRM/DMS system.

- Monitor daily CRM activities, lead status, pending follow-ups, and conversions.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.

- Track lost, pending, hot, and follow-up leads and ensure appropriate action.

- Conduct post-delivery customer follow-ups and maintain customer relationships.





- Generate customer referrals and support repeat sales opportunities.

- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Sales Team to improve lead conversion and customer experience.

- Monitor CRM performance and ensure proper utilization of the CRM/DMS system.

Qualification

- Degree / Postgraduate qualification.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of CRM software is required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Sales CRM processes.

- Strong coordination and problem-solving ability.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple customer follow-ups effectively.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
