Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and assist with suitable solutions.
- Maintain customer records and follow established procedures.
- Support customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
