We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecalling Executive to communicate with customers, answer inquiries, share information about our company's services, and assist with customer follow-ups.

This is a fixed-salary job with no sales and no targets. Candidates can enjoy a work setting focused on customer communication and assistance without sales pressure.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make calls to customers and respond to inquiries.
- Provide clear information about the company's services and offerings.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Maintain basic records of calls and customer interactions.
- Assist customers with relevant information and guidance.
- Coordinate with the internal team when necessary.




- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
