- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Position: Customer Support Executive
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to airline bookings, cancellations,
- Ensure excellent customer experience and First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Maintain professional communication and meet quality standards.
- Work collaboratively to achieve daily KPIs and KRAs.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience in Domestic/International Customer Service or Travel Process.




- Previous work experience must be documented and verifiable.
- Salary & Work Schedule
- Salary up to ₹41,500 CTC per month (approximately ₹4.9 LPA)
- 24×7 rotational shifts | 10-hour shifts
- 5* working days per week | 2* rotational week-offs
