- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with integration of EDI systems into enterprise applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data interchange.
- Familiarity with data formats and communication protocols used in EDI.
- Skilled in designing scalable and maintainable software components.
