- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM ServiceMapping.
- Robust knowledge of IT operations management and service mapping concepts.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITOM with other IT service management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to service mapping and discovery.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and its impact on IT operations.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM ServiceMapping.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
