Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma

- Experience:
- Analyst: 6months to 1yr exp into international call center or relevant WFM exp
- Senior RTA:



1yr exp into international call center or 1+ years RTA experience (mandatory)
- Specialist RTA: Min 2+yrs of RTA experience is mandatory
