Role & responsibilities :-

- Identify and research companies with active CSR initiatives and funding opportunities.

- Build and maintain a database of CSR heads, decision-makers, and corporate contacts.

- Reach out to corporate organizations to introduce the company's CSR projects and initiatives.

- Schedule meetings and presentations with CSR teams and key stakeholders.

- Prepare and submit CSR proposals, presentations, budgets, and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with internal teams to gather project details, impact reports, and financial information.

- Follow up regularly with prospective partners to secure CSR grants and sponsorships.

- Maintain records of proposals submitted, meetings conducted, and project status.

- Assist in drafting MoUs, partnership agreements, and other CSR-related documentation.

- Monitor CSR funding timelines, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.

- Represent the company at CSR events, conferences, and networking forums when required.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business development activities and funding progress.





Preferred candidate profile :-

- Experience in working with NGOs, government organizations, corporate CSR departments, sustainability projects, or social impact initiatives will be preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Public Relations, or a related field.

- MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

- 2-5 years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, business development, NGO relations, or corporate sales.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Good proposal writing and documentation skills.

- Knowledge of CSR laws, CSR funding processes, and corporate partnerships.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Solid negotiation, follow-up, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve funding targets.
