Role & responsibilities

- Project Execution: Coordinate day-to-day grassroots implementation of CSR programs focusing on education, health & hygiene, skill development, women empowerment, and environmental sustainability.

- NGO &
- Partner Management:

Work closely with implementation partners, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), local community leaders, and execution agencies.

- Site Visits &

- Monitoring:

Regularly visit project sites near the manufacturing plant to track progress, verify milestones, and ensure proper utilization of funds.

- Compliance &

- Documentation:

Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, attendance sheets, beneficiary data, utilization certificates, and audit trails required for statutory CSR reporting.

- Stakeholder &

- Employee Engagement:

Assist in organizing employee volunteering events, plant-level community outreach, and awareness drives.

- Budget Tracking: Help track fund disbursements, invoice processing, and financial accounting against approved annual CSR budgets
