Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-oriented Customer Relations Officer (CRO) for our World of Titan store. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their watch preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Explain watch features, specifications, designs, and brand collections.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling to increase the average transaction value.
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally.
- Manage billing, packaging, and customer documentation accurately.
- Maintain product knowledge of Titan and other available watch brands.
- Support stock management, inventory checks, and daily store operations.




- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service; freshers may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Interest in watches, fashion, and lifestyle products.
- Target-oriented, presentable, and willing to work in a retail environment.
