Hiring: CRM Executive – Jewellery Export Industry

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive with a strong background in the jewellery export industry. The candidate will be responsible for order processing, invoicing, pricing, vendor follow-ups, and client coordination to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle order processing and order management.
- Prepare invoices and manage billing documentation.
- Coordinate pricing, costing, and quotations.
- Follow up with vendors for orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and queries.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and client communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Follow up on pending orders,



payments, and deliveries as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in the jewellery export industry is mandatory.
- Experience in CRM, order processing, invoicing, pricing, and client coordination.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant business software.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Salary Up to ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
