Customer Relationship Management & Operations Executive The Customer Relationship Management & Operations Team is one of the most important teams of the company as, besides projecting the image of the Brand Benzara, it is responsible to handle the day to day operational aspects and customer management in a near real time basis. Most of the teams functions are automated like order processing, management of customer queries and data management for which we have different software platforms. The detailed responsibilities are given as under:-

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues through email and support channels.
- Process sales and vendor orders while ensuring accurate shipping, pricing, and stock details.
- Monitor order tracking and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Manage returns, damages, cancellations, and shipping claims efficiently.
- Maintain and correct product listings across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Monitor marketplace performance and improve customer ratings and satisfaction.
- Build customer loyalty through effective communication and service support.
- Analyse operational processes and improve efficiency using reports and data insights.
- Support reporting and automation activities using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications - We are looking for only freshers who have recently completed MBA. Freshers with BBA/B Tech qualifications may also apply.

Management Trainee Duration 3 Months

Stipend During the Management Training Period INR 20,000/- per month

Salary Package/CTC - On successful completion of 4 months management trainee period the salary package will be of CTC INR 4.56 lacs per annum for MBA qualified candidate and CTC of INR 4.32 Lacs per annum for BBA/B Tech qualified candidate.
