Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and CRM systems.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Improve customer retention and lead conversion.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in CRM management and lead handling.
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
