- Prepare Credit Appraisal Notes (CRANs) for SME clients by evaluating financial performance, repayment capacity, business operations, and credit risk.

- Coordinate with business teams to discuss and finalize terms and conditions for risk assessment.

- Interact with customers to obtain the necessary financial, business, and operational information for the preparation of CRANs.

- Monitor credit accounts to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated by the Sanctioning Authority.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio monitoring reports to assess account performance and identify potential risks.

- Identify and escalate non-compliances, deviations, and early warning signals, along with appropriate action plans.

- Conduct unit visits and submit inspection reports covering business operations, financial position, and compliance with sanctioned terms.

- Manage and resolve escalations related to credit risk assessments in coordination with business teams and other stakeholders.
