You will lead our creative work from idea to published post. You will plan social media strategies for our clients, shoot the content yourself and edit it. You will also guide our designers and interns. We want someone who is as comfortable behind the camera and in the editing software as in a strategy meeting.

Key Responsibilities

- Build social media strategies and monthly content calendars for client brands across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

- Plan and direct shoots for reels, product videos, restaurant and event content, and brand films.

- Shoot photos and videos, and edit them into reels, short videos and ad creatives.

- Come up with creative concepts, scripts, storyboards and campaign ideas.

- Lead and review the work of graphic designers, video editors and interns, and keep quality and deadlines on track.

- Track post and campaign performance, then use the results to improve the next round of content.

- Follow trends, audio and platform updates, and use them in client content.

- Present ideas and results to clients and the management team.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in social media strategy and content planning.

- Hands-on videography and photography (camera, lighting, framing, basic audio).

- Video editing in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar.

- Good command of Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.

- Good understanding of the Instagram algorithm, reels, hooks, and storytelling for short video.

- Clear writing for captions, scripts and briefs.

- Ability to manage several clients and deadlines at once.

Positive to Have

- Experience with food, hospitality, retail or real estate brands.

- Knowledge of Meta Ads and basic paid promotion.

- Motion graphics skills.

- Experience managing a small creative team.
