Web India Solutions is looking for a talented Creative Graphic Designer with expertise in branding, corporate identity, print media, social media creatives, marketing collaterals, and video reel editing.

We prefer candidates with experience working in a branding agency, creative agency, or design studio , who understand how to maintain brand consistency across print, digital, and video platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Identity & Corporate Branding

- Design logos, complete brand identities, brand guidelines, typography systems, and colour palettes.
- Develop corporate identity packages, including business cards, letterheads, stationery, and company profiles.
- Create consistent visual identities that communicate each client's brand positioning.

2. Print Media & Marketing Collaterals

- Design brochures, catalogues, flyers, leaflets, posters, banners, standees, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Create presentations, corporate profiles, advertisements, and other marketing collaterals.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with correct dimensions, colour modes, bleed settings, and resolution.

3. Social Media & Digital Creatives

- Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop campaign creatives, promotional posts, carousel designs, digital advertisements, and branded content.




- Ensure visual consistency across digital campaigns and brand communication.

4. Video Reel Editing & Short-Form Content

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form marketing videos.
- Add transitions, text animations, subtitles, music, sound effects, and motion graphics where appropriate.
- Create promotional reels, product videos, brand stories, event highlights, and advertising videos.
- Adapt video content to different platform specifications and aspect ratios.
- Maintain brand consistency in video content through typography, colours, graphics, and visual style.

5. Creative Concept Development

- Convert client briefs and marketing objectives into original design concepts.
- Collaborate with the branding, digital marketing, and content teams.
- Manage multiple creative projects, revisions, and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a branding agency, creative agency, or design studio.
- Robust portfolio showcasing brand identity, corporate branding, print media, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign .
- Practical experience in video reel editing and short-form video content creation .
- Working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro,



After Effects, or CapCut.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- Knowledge of print production and digital design specifications.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, packaging design, and advertising creatives.
- Experience working with multiple clients across different industries.
- Ability to develop creative concepts independently and take projects from brief to final delivery.
