Role Description The Creative Director will lead the overall visual and creative direction for projects handled by EDITFX STUDIOS in Kolkata. This contract, on-site role involves developing creative concepts, guiding branding and design language, and ensuring consistent art direction across digital film, graphic, and post-production outputs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with production and post-production teams, reviewing and refining design work, providing clear creative briefs, and maintaining alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.

The Creative

Director will also mentor creative team members,



oversee key presentations to clients, and make final decisions on creative execution to ensure high-quality, impactful deliverables.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to lead concepts from ideation to execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities across multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Art Direction to guide visual style, composition, and overall aesthetic quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design to support the creation of high-quality visual assets and layouts.
- Relevant experience in film, media, or post-production environments, with a portfolio showcasing creative leadership.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience leading and mentoring creative professionals, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Visual Communication, Film, Media, or a related field is preferred.
