My EMI / Finlot is a fintech company that makes credit and EMI financing simple, quick and easy to reach for people across India. We're growing fast, and we want a creative mind who can make finance feel fresh, relatable and impossible to scroll past.

The Role

We're hiring a creative thinker who is also a doer. You'll come up with bold ideas for our brand and then bring them to life yourself, from the first concept and script to the final post. We want someone who sees a content idea in everyday moments, isn't afraid to try something new, and gets it out the door fast. If you can both dream it and make it, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Come up with big ideas: Pitch fresh content concepts, campaign ideas, series formats and brand moments that make people stop, share and remember us.

Execute end to end: Take ideas from concept to published content yourself: write the script, plan the shoot,

shoot on phone if needed, edit and post.

Own social media: Plan and run our Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and X channels, including the monthly content calendar, posting and community management.

Create content: Produce posts, carousels, Reels, Shorts, stories and captions with a distinct, creative voice that makes financial topics simple and fun.

Drive content marketing: Write blogs, website copy, newsletters and explainers, optimised for SEO, that build trust and bring in organic traffic and leads.

Ride trends fast: Track trends, memes and conversations, and turn them into timely,



on-brand content within hours, not weeks.

Experiment: Try new formats, styles and platforms, keep what works and drop what doesn't.

Collaborate: Brief designers and video editors, and work with the performance team to supply content and creatives for campaigns.

Grow partnerships: Find and manage influencer and creator collaborations in personal finance and lifestyle.

Measure and improve: Track reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic and leads, and share monthly reports with what's working and what to change.

What You Bring

A solid creative portfolio of content you've conceptualised and created yourself (Reels, campaigns, posts, copy)

Proof that you execute: ideas you've taken from concept to published, not just pitched

Excellent writing skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex topics A strong feel for short-form video, including scripting, hooks, storytelling and pacing for Reels and Shorts

Hands-on editing and design skills in tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar

Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and YouTube Studio, and scheduling tools

Basic SEO knowledge and comfort with Google Analytics or Search Console

Comfort with data: you track performance and use it to plan the next piece of content A curious, original mind with a good sense of humour, plus the discipline to deliver on deadlines
