Job Summary To ensure smooth and efficient counter operations at Walters by taking customer orders, processing payments, packing food items, handing over orders accurately, and maintaining service speed, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and assist them with placing orders.
2. Explain menu items, offers, and available products to customers.
3. Enter orders accurately into the POS system and process cash, card, or digital payments as assigned.
4. Ensure correct and timely packing and handover of food orders.
5. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure quick order preparation and service.
6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and surrounding areas.
7. Refill packaging materials, consumables, and counter supplies as required.
8. Check order accuracy before handing over orders to customers or delivery partners.
9.



Handle customer queries politely and escalate complaints to the supervisor when required.
10. Follow food safety, personal grooming, and company operational standards.
11. Assist with opening and closing activities, stock checks, and other outlet operations.
12. Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining order accuracy and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. QSR, retail, caf, or food service experience will be an advantage.
- Skills: Basic communication, numerical ability, customer handling, and willingness to learn POS operations.
- Other Requirements: Valuable grooming, punctuality, teamwork, and flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
