Cost Accountant (Assistant Manager) Location: Greater Noida

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Education

- Mandatory: B.Com / M.Com
- Desirable: MBA (Finance preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze cost reports to determine cost structures and profitability.
- Monitor and control costs by conducting regular audits and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data and provide insights on cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to cost accounting.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) from a recognized institution.
- MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
